These Seven Rules of Moral Conduct for development of Character:
1. You will love your neighbor as yourself this is the royal law of moral laws.
2. You will not lie but speak truth in your hearts and mouths.
3. You will not steal; you do not want it stolen from you do not steal it from another.
4. You will not murder, you do not want to die, so do not murder another.
5. You will not have sex outside of marriage, marriage is between a male and female.
6. You will respect the authority you are under, teachers, parents, and law enforcement.
7. You will not desire someone else’s possessions or relationships but make your own.
By following and applying these ethical rules for moral behavior you will develop these human virtues:
1. Chastity - pure in thought and act
2. Temperance - moderation in action, thought, or feeling
3. Charity - generosity and helpfulness especially toward the needy or suffering
4. Diligence - characterized by steady, earnest, and energetic effort
5. Patience - bearing pains or trials calmly or without complaint
6. Kindness – of a sympathetic or helpful nature
7. Humility - freedom from pride or arrogance: the quality or state of being humble
By Applying these rules with acts and deeds one would be characterized by these attributes of ethics:
1. non-maleficence – without the act of committing harm or evil, harmless.
2. Beneficence - the quality or state of doing or producing good: the quality or state of being beneficent
3. health maximization - the condition of being sound in body, mind, or spirit
4. efficiency - the quality or degree of being efficient or productive of desired effects
5. respect for autonomy – the quality or state of being self-governing
6. justice - acting or being in conformity with what is morally upright or good
7. proportionality - corresponding in size, degree, or intensity growth in influence and deeds.
